Move Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
(Some evenings may be required for networking or events)
Overview :
This role is a combination of inside sales and external marketing support, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. You will guide customers through the full moving sales process, manage job files in SmartMoving CRM, secure bookings, and represent the company at industry and real estate events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound sales calls and incoming leads
- Consult with customers to understand their moving needs including packing, storage, and specialty items
- Build accurate job files, communicate pricing, and secure deposits
- Maintain detailed and disciplined CRM documentation
- Achieve a minimum performance goal of $30,000 in booked sales per month
- Attend real estate meetings and support marketing initiatives with the VP of Sales
- Represent the company professionally at events and networking functions
- Provide exceptional service with confidence, positivity, and strong communication
Mandatory Requirements :
Moving industry sales experience preferred, or proven success in inside sales or home-services salesAbility to communicate clearly and manage complex customer decisionsExcellent attention to detail with strong CRM disciplineProfessional presentation for external events and meetingsVerifiable sales performance metrics such as revenue and booking percentagesReliable attendance, strong multitasking skills, and a friendly customer-focused approachCompensation :
$18.00 to $35.00 per hour (depending on experience and performance structure)
