Parts and Inventory Clerk

$19-$20 / hour | Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Parts and Inventory Clerk to oversee the daily functions of the shop's parts department. This role ensures technicians have the necessary parts to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Oversee the daily operations of the shop parts department in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure technicians have the right parts on hand to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper inventory levels as directed, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Support the Fleet Manager with administrative duties and vendor invoice processing for parts and services.
• Evaluate department performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding and fulfilling parts needs.
• Handle and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
