Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting in the delivery of personalized, professional and quality patient care, internal and external customer service, assuming responsibility and accountability for the patient, assisting with nursing care for the patient to include : the assessment, planning, implementation, education, management and evaluation of the patient within the standards of nursing and therapeutic care and operational guidelines, preparation of all departmental paperwork, entering and retrieving patient information from the Hospital Information System (HIS), assisting the patient through all phases of their therapy as needed in an on-going basis.
