Data Entry Specialist
Job Title : Data Entry Analyst Location : Costa Mesa, CA Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Pay : $22 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Analyst to join our team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing scheduling requests and ensuring data accuracy within our internal systems. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong computer proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Process scheduling requests from clients, including depositions, hearings, and trials
- Enter new and rescheduled job requests into our database (SPOT)
- Execute all requests and new settings within established timelines to meet SLAs
- Manage direct billing setup for insurance carriers accurately
- Handle Portal / Hopper requests
- Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients
- Identify data deficiencies or errors and correct them promptly
- Respond to information requests and access relevant files as needed
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
