Aqua Tots Swim School is currently seeking a Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children by teaching them how to swim in a fun and safe environment. Aqua-Tots Swim School specializes in teaching children to swim from day one. Our highly trained instructors are experts in our proprietary curriculum. Combined with our 91 degree water, full-sized pools, children are provided the optimal learning environment. We are dedicated to developing our children into confident, life-long swimmers. WHAT DOES A SWIM INSTRUCTOR DO?

As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students every day. You will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their water safety skills and enhance their swimming abilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintaining a clean and organized teaching environment. No prior teaching experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all new instructors. However, a passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with children are essential for success in this role.
