Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to develop and enhance training materials for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with learning specialists and SMEs to create and enhance content

Develop courses and materials while demonstrating creativity and meeting learning objectives

Mentor other Instructional Designers and serve as project lead for Instructional Design initiatives

Required Qualifications

BA / BS in Education or related field preferred; substantial professional experience may substitute

5+ years of experience creating training materials and videos

3+ years of experience partnering with leaders and SMEs on learning projects

1+ year of experience in a supervisory or mentoring role

Experience with authoring tools like Articulate and Camtasia, and Learning Management Systems preferred
