What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities will include :

  • Making inbound and outbound calls
  • Scheduling and conducting appointments
  • Presenting benefits to union members who request them
  • Using basic computer systems to complete paperwork and ensure accuracy
  • Maintaining quality control standards
  • Participating in leadership and professional development

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who bring :

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • The ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups
  • Customer service and / or sales experience (preferred, not required)
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate at all levels
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
