Identifies and analyzes significant fluctuations in income, expenses, assets or liability balances and reports findings to appropriate department heads. Assists with cash management. Prepares financial reports for use by the CFO and Administration. Coordinates Medicare and Medi-Cal reporting requirements and audits. Identifies enhancement opportunities for accounting systems and recommends appropriate changes. Maintains an accurate accounting of all contractual and due to / from items and statistical information for hospital departments. Supervises the Accounting Department, Staff Accountant, AP & Payroll. Ensures compliance with internal financial controls. Participates in annual audit of financial statement. Participates in annual audit of financial statement. Ensures that all tax reports are filed accurately and on time. Other duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Business Administration; Major in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years Hospital Accounting as a Supervisor.
