An RV Tow Package Specialist installs and maintains towing systems on towed vehicles, including wiring, braking systems, and brake controls, ensuring safe and reliable towing capabilities. We are seeking a RV Tow Package Specialist who has great customer service skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Install complete towing packages: This includes base plates, hitches, wiring harnesses, and brake systems air and electric following manufacturer specifications.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical systems: Basic 12V wiring, integrate lights on towed vehicle, braking systems air and 12 volt, and other electrical components.
• Provide customer service: Demonstrate installations, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Follow safety protocols and ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
• Troubleshoot and repair towing systems: Diagnose and resolve issues with base plates, tow wiring, charging, braking systems.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude: Ability to work with tools and understand mechanical principles.
• Knowledge of electrical systems: Familiarity with basic 12V wiring and electrical components.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with towing systems.
• Customer service skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Attention to detail: Ability to ensure accurate and safe installations.
• RV experience a plus: Familiarity with RV systems and towing practice
• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
• Valid driver's license required
