Entry Level Communications Agent
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between our company and its clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming communications from clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Record and maintain detailed notes on client interactions and inquiries.
- Assist clients in resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their queries are resolved satisfactorily.
