Our Spa Associates play a crucial role in achieving our goal of making each visit the best hour of our client's month. As the hosts of the spa, they are dedicated to creating 5-star experiences for every client.

Our Spa Associates :

  • Meet membership sales goals.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services with ability to explain accurately and concisely.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned.
