[job_card.job_description]Meet membership sales goals. Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services with ability to explain accurately and concisely. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. Uphold spa cleanliness standards. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents. Perform various other duties as assigned. Amazing base + 20% commission on membership sales 10% retail commission Monthly contests with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place with prizes ranging from $10-$50 Quarterly bonuses (Earn up to $850 per quarter!) that rewards your hard work 30% off products and services FREE service for new hires, your birthday, and your work anniversary 401k with 4% match for full time employees Medical, dental, and life insurance offering for full time employees Opportunities for growth and advancement
