• 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, no weekends or holidays
• 36-hour minimum weekly guarantee with potential 1 shift call-off per month
• Long-term acute care hospital setting
• Patients admitted directly from ICU requiring daily assessment
• Interdisciplinary team approach with 24-hour clinical intervention
