Compensation :

$125,000 - $212,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and execution of property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and compelling.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Support experienced agents in client meetings, learning firsthand how to build strong, trust-based relationships.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, creating a welcoming and informative experience for potential buyers.
• Manage and update client databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible for team use.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content that highlights our properties and services.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and feedback to foster continuous improvement and growth.
