On Call / Call Back Requirements : N / A

Weekend / Holiday Requirements : As needed. There is no set weekend requirement in place, primary weekends are covered by weekend option staff. If they are on PTO, you would be schedule accordingly to cover those vacations.

Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : KY Single State or Compact License. AHA BLS.

Minimum Experience : 2 years of experience, will consider candidates without travel experience
