Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator in the Elements department, the second to last stage of our production process. You will play a crucial role in prepping materials, trimming, loading/unloading, and packaging, supporting the manufacturing of our high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency standards.
• Follow documented standard work instructions and procedures.
• Run and set up processes and equipment.
• Perform product inspections.
• Collect data from the process and complete paperwork with production information.
• Use computers to collect required production data.
• Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
• Communicate information and ideas clearly.
• Assist production continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform work as assigned by supervisor/lead.
• Perform simple equipment maintenance.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of production experience.
• Ability to work with small parts and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to understand and read English.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for accurate chemical measurements.
• Ability to safely move drums using a dolly.
• Ability to work independently.
• Solid math skills for performing routine calculations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
