What Youll Do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for a wide range of software enhancement projects.
• Develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of system integrations for our website and mobile appparticularly around eCommerce functionality.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Ensure digital platforms are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• Participate in all phases of system enhancementfrom design and development to deployment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
• Investigate reported issues, performing root cause analysis across multiple system call chains.
• Conduct technical evaluations and recommend improvements for system architecture and processes.
• Test new and updated application features to validate that they meet business and technical requirements.
• Execute performance testing to prevent bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation including system architecture, data flows, application logic, and issue / enhancement logs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to inform future solutions.
• Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned.
