Job description
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Membership Data Services Clerk on behalf of a mission-driven professional organization that champions the advancement and empowerment of its members. This is a full-time onsite position based in Oakland, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Membership Data Services Clerk will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems. This position supports critical data entry, maintenance, and reporting processes that enable smooth organizational operations and informed decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across various systems and databases
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness, resolving or escalating discrepancies
  • Generate and distribute reports to support departmental needs and audits
  • Ensure proper organization, confidentiality, and security of digital records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and reporting accuracy
  • Support data-related projects and assist with internal reviews or compliance checks

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database or CRM systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
