Number of Beds/Cases: 5 OR'sOR Number of Births/month: 7 cases/dayMust be willing to scrub, FA and Hearvest VeinMust have 2 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas. Need to be within 30 mins of site for call time Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Open heart and vascular procedures (both open and endovascular)Common medications: IV contrast, localsMust have 2 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas. Any special procedure done on the unit? FA/CST experiened in both open heart and vascular procedures (both open vascular and endovascular)Common Medications used on the unit? 2 Year of Experience in Specialty (CVOR UNIT specificly)1 year min open Heart & Endo Vascular (CVOR Unit)Must be willing to scrub, FA Cert and Hearvest VeinAHA BLS Must have 2 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas. Need to be within 30 mins of site for call time
