Location: Cedar Rapids, IA & North Liberty, IA

What You'll Do

As a Material Handler/Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Use an RF scan gun to track and move inventory
• Load and unload product from trailers
• Assist production operators with materials and staging
• Utilize internal shipping and inventory systems
• Inspect inbound and outbound product for accuracy and quality

What You Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of forklift experience
• 6+ months in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work
• Comfortable using RF scanners
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong reliability and attention to detail

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Liberty, IA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
