A company is looking for an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the upsell and expansion motion for existing accounts
Proactively identify and qualify expansion opportunities using data and customer feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across architecture and engineering firms
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in SaaS account management, expansion sales, or customer growth roles
Proven track record of driving upsell and cross-sell revenue within an existing customer base
Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Subscriptions teams
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and usage analytics platforms
Familiarity with AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) firms is a plus
