Description : About the Role

The Human Capital Territory Leader plays a critical role in driving engagement, retention, and operational excellence across field teams. This position ensures high-quality, on-time retail field research aligned with client commitments and partners closely with HR and Operations to align people practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong alignment with sales, operations, and HR to achieve business objectives.

Lead and coach field teams to meet performance goals and foster a culture of accountability.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Support investigations and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR leadership.

Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to compliance and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience; retail management preferred.

Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of employment laws; multi-state compliance experience a plus.

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
