Position Highlights :

  • Engage in a physician-led, patient-centered, and team-based approach to primary care.

    • ProHealth Physicians is Connecticut's leading community-based medical group, established in 1997. With over 300 primary care physicians and advanced practice clinicians, we provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including in-house imaging and lab services. We focus on preventive care, empowering communities with the tools to maintain health.

    Required Qualifications :

  • Unrestricted licensure in Connecticut or eligibility to obtain it before beginning work.
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted CSR and DEA or eligibility to secure prior to employment.

    • Salary Range : The range for this position is $226,000 to $366,000 annually, based on full-time employment. This range reflects total cash compensation at target and may vary based on experience and achievements. Key factors impacting pay include local labor markets and individual qualifications. Alongside the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and incentive programs, along with opportunities for retirement savings.
