Position Summary
RN Case Manager
Position Duties
Acute care case management; post-discharge planning and provide resources for post-discharge; float to sister facilities.
Minimum Required Qualifications
WA / compact RN license; BSN; 2 years of recent acute inpatient case management experience required; 4 years of overall nursing experience required; Epic experience; healthcare financial and reimbursement knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
ER and Utilization Review experience
Length Of Assignment
14 weeks
Shift / Hours Per Week
8H Days with every other weekend (40hrs / wk)
