Pay Range : $85k to $100k (Base Pay + Uncapped Commission)

Your Responsibilities :

  • Perform thorough home inspections (from attic to crawl space).
  • Build trust by clearly explaining findings and recommending the best treatment options.
  • Close sales by showcasing the value and long-term advantages of Orkin's services.
  • Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
  • Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and leverage leads and self-generated opportunities.
  • Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
