Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a variety of projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will apply sound judgment and established project management methods to ensure successful outcomes. This role is an important member of a team that collaborates with clinicians, business leaders, and IT professionals to support the Tiger Institute and MU Health Care strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain project documentation, including business case requirements, project charters, timelines, communication plans, issue logs, and risk registers.
• Drive projects through implementation, ensuring that milestones are achieved.
• Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and support assessment, selection, and contracting processes as needed.
• Track progress, monitor risks, and ensure accountability by escalating issues appropriately.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; employee stock purchase plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
