Immediately hiring a Litigation Attorney in Indianapolis, IN!

A prominent law firm is seeking a driven attorney to join its well-established and growing litigation team. They provide a flexible work environment, opportunities for growth, and hands-on litigation experience.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Sincere desire and commitment to advocate for plaintiffs.

Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions
• Evaluate liability and damages, including medical records and expert reports
• Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
