FRONT DESK MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
The Front Desk Manager is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and efficient experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, processing transactions, answering questions, and providing top-notch customer service at all times. This role combines cashier duties with guest service responsibilities to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
