Job Summary :
DT Professional Services is seeking a Drafter / CAD Operator IV to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme CA. This position develops and leads the creation of highly complex precision engineering drawings and models for advanced and original design projects.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and revise highly complex original and precision engineering drawings and 3D models for advanced design projects.
- Lead unusually difficult drafting assignments requiring independent judgment technical expertise and innovative problem-solving.
- Apply advanced proficiency in CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks Revit) to develop accurate standards-compliant design documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and project leads to translate complex concepts into detailed construction and manufacturing drawings.
Basic Qualifications :
The compensation for this position : $37.58 Hourly
