[job_card.job_description]Medication administration per physician orders Physician ordered treatments for : Tracheostomy care Suctioningnasal, oral and / or endotracheal Ventilation care Seizure assessment and treatment Current, active Texas RNlicense Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online) G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and / or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus. About the Role
At Care Options for Kids, a pediatric home health care company providing one-on-one care in the home, we do things a little differently. There's no revolving door of patients or hospital setting chaos blinking call lights, scurrying doctors, and wards bursting at the seams. You work with self-sufficient autonomy, empowered to make a real difference in your clients' lives. We value your clinical knowledge and respect the deep one-on-one bond you establish with the families you care for.
Day Shift : Saturday - Sunday 7am-5pm
Night Shifts : Friday - Monday 8pm-6am / Friday - Sunday 8 : 30pm-8am
