Program Manager, Sales Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Sales Engineering (Operations).

Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvements in the efficiency and impact of the Global Sales Engineering Team

Plan, budget for, and maintain key operational programs in collaboration with Senior Leadership

Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to foster transparency and collaboration between departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Business Systems Management, Product Operations Management, or Program Management

Experience in driving organizational strategy via centralized reporting

Understanding of business process automation and experience with cross-functional initiatives

Exposure to working directly with prospects or customers in a pre-sales or customer success capacity
