Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (triage or acute care preferred)

Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Experience in Same Day Surgery, Detox, Bone Marrow Transplant, Mental Health, or IDD is a plus

RN Triage Responsibilities

Conduct triage assessments to determine patient acuity and care requirements

Coordinate patient flow and prioritize care based on clinical urgency

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly

Provide clinical support in specialty areas such as Same Day Surgery, Detox, Bone Marrow Transplant, Mental Health, and IDD
