A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
As the General Manager, you lead to ensure our team works cohesively and that our restaurant runs smoothly. You will use your leadership skills to train employees and make sure that they are well taught in their role. You will encourage team building and always be willing to work along the side of our team to ensure efficiency, quality food, and great customer service. You will encourage our team and use your fantastic communication skills to motivate employees while providing constructive feedback. A positive attitude, top-notch customer service skills, leadership abilities, and high-volume managerial experience will ensure your success.

MR Chicken LLC is a locally owned and operated Dave's Hot Chicken franchise, currently operating 11 locations in Wisconsin with plans for more very soon. Our company operates under the core philosophies of service and results orientation, integrity, personal accountability, and commitment. Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 27 years in business, we are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. We pride ourselves on serving up bold flavors and offering an environment with beautiful and distinctive decor.
The purpose at Dave's Hot Chicken is to "serve mind-blowing Hot Chicken to the world, turn Guests into Fans, and create opportunities for our Teams and Partners everywhere".
Dave’s Hot Chicken was created by best friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenyan. Dave, a chef trained in Thomas Keller’s (French Laundry) organization set out to create the perfect Hot Chicken by searching, tasting, and frying. The four friends scrounged up $900 to put a tiny stand in an East Hollywood parking lot. The menu was simple, and the chicken was the star. And what chicken it is! Sourced and prepared to be the juiciest and most tender imaginable with each piece topped with Dave’s own mix of spices ranging from No Spice to “The Reaper.”
