Key Responsibilities
Develops hiring plans with hiring leaders, including sourcing strategies and selection plans
Collaborates with Marketing and HR teams to implement recruitment strategies for new center launches
Tracks recruiting KPIs and ensures effective communication with leaders regarding future hiring needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
At least 4+ years in a talent acquisition-related role
Preferred recruiting experience in supporting sales recruitment in a technology-based organization
Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
