Key Responsibilities
Lead revenue growth by developing and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through regular reviews and collaboration with leadership
Partner with marketing, product, and client success teams to align sales efforts with market needs and customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
Strong people leadership experience with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
Experience managing B2B sales cycles within SaaS or healthcare technology environments
Ability to manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and client success teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with 5 to 7 years in relevant sales roles
