DELIVERY EXPERT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Safely deliver orders to customers within designated areas, adhering to traffic laws and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including order accuracy and professional interaction.
• Process customer payments and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery times, including :
• Answering phones and taking orders
• Preparing food items
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store and equipment
• Restocking supplies and ingredients
• Perform basic math calculations and use a computer or touch screen to process orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle.
• Adhere to food safety and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adapt to varying work conditions, including temperature changes and adverse weather.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Note : This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule flexibility is appreciated.

Qualifications

All drivers (applicant or employee) must meet these requirements in order to be eligible to drive :

Must provide documentation of at least 2 years of licensed driving history in the U.S.

Seatbelt citations do not count as violations; and

Drugs / Alcohol

Periodic Delivery Vehicle Inspection

Motor vehicles used for business purposes including, but not limited to, making deliveries, must have the following items inspected under the supervision of franchisees and the managers of stores at the start of employment and thereafter on a periodic basis :

Any motor vehicle that does not pass the inspection must not be used to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes including, but not limited to, making deliveries. These inspections are not intended to replace extensive mechanical inspections by a professional and the vehicle operator is responsible for the safe operating condition of his / her vehicle.
