We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our close-knit private dental practice in Fremont, CA .

Fremont, CA | Private Practice

Schedule

Tuesday & Thursday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Friday & Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Pay & Benefits

Competitive pay : $25-$36 per hour , based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform all functions of a Registered Dental Assistant

Assist with orthodontic and implant surgeries and restorations

Support the doctor during procedures and ensure efficient patient flow

Maintain sterilization and operatory readiness

Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive experience

Be proactive in learning new skills and improving performance

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, but open to a motivated and capable newer assistant

Ortho experience is a plus

RDA license in good standing

Strong service attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Team-oriented with a humble, professional demeanor

About the Office

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team that includes one front desk team member and one to two dental assistants. Our office uses Fuse software and offers a supportive environment where you can expand your skills in orthodontics and implant dentistry.
