Network Administrator

Carillon Assisted Living is actively seeking to hire a Network Administrator. The ideal Network Administrator will have solid experience in the day to day support of a multi-site Microsoft user environment and have database, data integration and analytics development skills, all to assist with analytics coordination and utilization at the company. This is a full time, in-office role in Raleigh, North Carolina.

IT Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and experience in desktop and server support, both physical and virtual
• Provide support, maintenance, deployment, and enhancement to the desktops, servers, printer/peripherals, and network infrastructure
• Perform troubleshooting of all client systems and peripherals, mobile devices and escalate issues when need
• Willingness to do necessary routine and emergency after hours

Analytics and Data Integration Responsibilities:

• A primary role in the expansion and maintenance of the internal website
• Assist in the integration of data from vendor APIs into SQL databases for use in reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with SQL database programmers to integrate webpages and SQL reporting as well as reporting with other standard analytics packages.

Network Administrator Required Experience:

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5 plus years of experience supporting a multi-server Microsoft user environment
• 5 years managing employee user set up during onboarding, training as well as offboarding.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 setup and maintenance
• Experience managing IT Help Desk Programs, remote assistance programs and VPN networks, mobile device email set up and spam monitoring
• Ability to work with internally hosted web pages to serve as data input for SQL or other databases
• Experience with SQL Server tools including SSMR, SSRS and SSRB and in writing SQL queries
• Experience managing a multi site IP phone system with Analog gateways..
• Basic knowledge of network protocols, headers, packets, TCP, SCP and implementation of FTP
