Sr. Director

Job location : Miami, FL. Will travel to various locations throughout U.S. for temporary assignments. Working from home in any U.S. location is an option.

Duties : Responsible for generating and developing business such as project diagnostics, proposal development, and sales calls using Oracle HCM. Manage and lead multiple engagement and project teams and identify and resolve issues critical to clients' strategic and operational success. Implement and lead implementation efforts for HR tech programs for Oracle technologies. Provide tech / func content and present conclusions and recommendations to senior client management. Oversee support of sales cycle.

Requires : M.S. (or foreign equivalent) in Comp. Sci., Eng. or related field and 3 yrs. exp. in job offered or 3 yrs. exp. as a Director or Sr. Mgr. Will accept B.S. (or foreign equivalent) and 5 yrs. managerial exp. in the computer industry in lieu of M.S. and 3 yrs. exp. Concurrent exp. must include : 3 yrs. exp. supporting sales cycle; and 3 yrs. exp. using Oracle HCM.
