We have an opening for a Receptionist who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare, we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to establish home care support for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking an Receptionist to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Receptionist Responsibilities :

Answer the phones!

Client communication

Managing client and caregiver intake calls

Providing exemplary customer service

Assisting with home assessment and other office tasks as needed

Requirements :

Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferred

Education – High school diploma

Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills

Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
