Global Product Manager
Our client is seeking a Global Product Manager to own the commercial success and global performance of a diverse portfolio of industrial products. This role partners closely with sales, engineering, operations, and marketing teams across regions to translate customer needs into high-value, market-leading solutions. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a global, travel-heavy environment.

This role is onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Global Product Manager Responsibilities

• Own the global performance and lifecycle of assigned products, ensuring strong market adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Act as a trusted product expert and customer advocate, supporting regional sales efforts and engaging directly with customers to identify needs and resolve issues.
• Translate customer and market requirements into clear product documentation to guide development, enhancements, and prioritization.
• Lead global market analysis and competitive assessments to inform product strategy, innovation, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Partner cross-functionally with global sales, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and customer-centric technical and sales materials.

Global Product Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, with strong mechanical aptitude; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical commercial roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with forklifts, forklift attachments, or closely related material handling or heavy equipment products.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, apply, and communicate mechanical and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams and applying project management principles in a matrixed, global organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including domestic and international travel, to support global stakeholders and customers.

Salary: $110K-$140K/year + Bonus(DOE)
