A well-established civil construction firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join its growing team. The company specializes in complex, large-scale projects in urban and waterfront environments, delivering innovative solutions with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

Estimating & Cost Analysis :

Prepare detailed cost estimates for site work and civil construction projects ranging from $1M to $50M+.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor services.

Bid Management :

Develop comprehensive bid proposals and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Market & Risk Analysis :

Maintain current knowledge of industry pricing, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Collaboration & Leadership :

Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes.
