Automotive Sales Associate – $1,000/Week Salary + Aggressive Bonus Plan

Earning Potential: $120,000 – $185,000+ per year

We’re a growing automotive dealership looking for an energetic, self motivated, and customer focused Sales Associate to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and want a career with high earning potential, this is the perfect opportunity.

What We Offer

· $1,000 weekly base salary

· Extremely aggressive bonus plan

· Realistic annual earnings of $120,000–$185,000+

· Full-time, stable schedule:

· - Mon–Thurs: 9am–6pm

· - Friday & Saturday: 9am–5pm

What We’re Looking For

· High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

· Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed goals

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Bilingual is a major plus

· No automotive sales experience required — we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

· Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process

· Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships

· Meet weekly and monthly sales goals

· Work as part of a team to deliver an outstanding dealership experience
