Senior Data Architect

A company is looking for a Senior Data Architect to lead the design and governance of a multi-cloud data estate.

Key Responsibilities

Design the architecture blueprint for a Databricks-based data estate, including data governance and security

Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement ingestion pipelines and ensure consistent architecture across platforms

Define and enforce data governance, security policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role

Deep expertise in Databricks and multi-cloud data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong knowledge of medallion architecture, metadata management, and enterprise governance

Advanced SQL skills and experience with programming languages such as Python or Scala

Understanding of security, compliance, and data residency considerations
