About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer to support precision manufacturing operations. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts and components. The position requires strong knowledge of Mazatrol and Fanuc controls, technical expertise in machining processes, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities :
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to fabricate precision parts according to specifications
- Optimize machining processes using Mazatrol programming and Fanuc controls
- Perform regular quality checks with bore gauges and other precision measuring instruments
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and implement design modifications using SolidWorks
- Conduct troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs to maintain machine performance
- Support plastics injection molding processes when required
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability of equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all safety procedures
