PURPOSE:

Administers all aspects of the Company’s contracts program by performing the following duties personally and/or through in-house counsel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist legal department with customer, subcontractor, inventory vendor and temporary labor contract records management.
  • Process subcontractor, inventory vendor and temporary labor compliance verification. Correspond with insurance company(ies) as needed to validate vendors and subcontractor’s insurance coverage.
  • Assist with gathering/compiling Company records.
  • Process department invoices for payment.
  • Manage the department’s field support email accounts.
  • Return legal department customer service phone line calls.
  • Support the legal department wage and hour compliance program
  • Various administrative tasks based upon department needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certification preferred.
  • Experience with contract administration required.

  • Computer Skills - Basic skills with Word Processing and Internet software.
