Courier Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Courier Customer Service Specialist. You will serve as a critical link between delivery stations, customers, and internal operations. Your primary responsibility is to efficiently handle exceptions throughout the parcel delivery process, ensure operational smoothness, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Exception Package Handling : Assist stations in identifying, tracking, and resolving various exception packages (e.g., damaged labels, unclear information, damaged goods).
  • Parcel Address Verification : Review and verify parcel address information within the system to ensure accuracy and deliverability.
  • Customer Communication & Coordination : Proactively contact customers to confirm or correct delivery addresses, times, and other special instructions.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution : Professionally and patiently handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding delays, lost, or damaged parcels; provide solutions and follow up until resolution.
  • Operational Support : Assist the operations team with daily data entry, information updates, and other administrative tasks.
  • Dispatch Verification : Check and confirm the final dispatch plans and execution status of exception packages to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Work Reporting : Compile and submit weekly reports on exception package handling data and resolution status to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications :

  • High school degree or above. Preference for majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and patience, with the ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team player mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Pay Details : $21.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
