Advertising Operations - Social

• Work with the team to meet clients' digital marketing needs across various social media platforms.
• Develop and manage paid social advertising campaigns.
• Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of campaign performance metrics.
• Offer recommendations for optimizing social media campaigns based on data insights.
• Conceptualize, execute, and optimize social media advertising strategies.
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools to track and present campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to align campaign strategies and optimize performance.
• Stay informed about social media trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Effectively utilize digital marketing tools and platforms for performance improvement and client recommendations.

Advertising Operations - General

• Have broad knowledge of all digital marketing channels, their applications, and execution methods.
• Understand analytics tools / platforms, and interpret data for more improved decision making.
• Understand the concept of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Craft full-funnel digital marketing strategies for clients.
• Work with other departments for campaign strategy and optimization.
• Manage reporting via reporting / analytics tools (e.g. Google Data Studio), and present to all stakeholders.
• Work with the team to ensure client's digital marketing needs are met.
• Research using digital marketing tools or search.

Industry Knowledge

• Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
• Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Ensure timely delivery of client projects and tasks.
• Measure and improve campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS) for search advertising.
• Track engagement metrics, audience growth, and conversion metrics for social media advertising.
• Monitor and optimize ad spend efficiency, cost per acquisition (CPA), and cost per click (CPC) for both search and social advertising campaigns.

• Facebook/Meta Blueprint/Google Certification is a plus.
