This is a full-time, permanent position"ideal for a physician who values autonomy, balance, and long-term stability.

  • Compensation : $250K"$300K+, depending on your workload & preferences, 1099
  • Schedule : Flexible round and go model " start your day when it works best for you
  • Call : Weekend call only (1 : 5) and no night call

What Were Looking For

  • MD / DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Active New York medical license
  • DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Medicare & Medicaid billing numbers
  • Prior nursing home experience a plus
  • Physicians seeking a long-term, rewarding relationship with our group
