ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I have been an agent for four years, and prior to that, I spent nine and a half years at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, working my way from Management Trainee to Branch Manager at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. I played Division I baseball at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, and last month I married my wife, Nathia. Outside of work, I stay active by supporting several softball and little league baseball teams in the community. Our agency is built on a friendly, laidback, and family-oriented culture where hard work is recognized and teamwork drives success. We currently have five team membersthree in sales and two in serviceand we strive to foster an environment that promotes positivity, growth, and achievement both professionally and personally. Jesse Mesa - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
